Company Feedback

We were looking for an IT company to help us develop our IT systems to support the business as it was growing. As we are working in the Film industry, we were very MAC based with some Windows PCs for office work, so we needed to find a company that could offer support on both platforms plus having the experience of dealing with multi site networking and comms systems. We also preferred to work with a local company if at all possible.

We contacted a number of potential companies but none of them gave us the confidence that they could support our complex systems requirements. Brighton Business IT responded to us very quickly and came in to the office to discuss our needs and to see how we worked. They quickly understood what we were looking for and our requirement to implement new systems that would support us in the short term and be scalable as we continued to grow. BBIT has already made huge improvements to our systems that enable us to work more effectively and we are now working together on planning the system requirements for our next steps. We have already switched to Outlook 365 with BBIT managing the transfer from our existing email efficiently and seamlessly.

The response times we get from BBIT are excellent and they are always on hand to help us with any queries we have. The ability to work remotely on the systems also helps us resolve any issues quickly and effectively.

I would highly recommend BBIT as a support company.
