When I started out on my own someone gave me this advice which I follow. The only thing you need to do to get a client to give your business a recommendation is to

1. Be on time
2. Say please and thank you
3. Do exactly what you say you are going to do

Let me tell you it is a breath of fresh air to find a company with the same work ethic as myself. Not only did everyone do the above but in addition you have (and I am sure will do so in the future) provided ongoing assistance via the telephone in a prompt manner in laymans terms.

I am very pleased with the set up/services you have provided. It is very reassuring to know that engineers are easily accessible at any point to deal with any problems as they occur.
